Welcome to OffClass. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
OffClass is intended for university and college students. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
OffClass includes user-generated content such as events, community posts, announcements, and anonymous campus posts ("Campus Tea"). You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant OffClass a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within the service.
Zero tolerance: There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, or that promotes self-harm. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You can report objectionable content and block other users in the app. We review reports and take action within 24 hours where appropriate, including removing content and banning users who violate our policies.
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community.
OffClass is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services linked from the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OffClass and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
